“Hey there! Follow me!” What? What was that? The strange cat had bounced in front of Coen’s face and then back out of his vision before he could process what she was. He blinked rapidly, trying to clear his mind. What? Follow me? He stared at where the odd looking cat had disappeared in a flurry. What an odd way to greet somebody. It took Coen awhile to move. He was shocked, and it was awhile before he was able to put everything into place again. There had been a cat, yes. A skinny, tall cat with the strangest fur, or skin, or whatever, that he had seen. He shook his head. She had told him to follow her. Why? Coen didn’t know, but the tom had a thing with curiosity and he just couldn’t help himself. He slowly walked forward, lumbering, wondering what was going on. What did this cat want, and why was she so… crazy?
Coen walked hesitantly forward for awhile, looking for any signs of the she-cat. She was nowhere to be found. So she had bounced infront of his face, told him to follow her and then disappeared. He shook his head, and stopped in his tracks, deciding he had had enough of this. It was then that the voice rand soft and clear, coming to his ears. “Over here. Come look!” The voice was filled with glee. Coen turned slowly and found with his green eyes the she-cat. When she came into full – and still – view he was surprised. He had never seen a she-cat that had looked like her. She was skinny. She barley had any fur over her skin. What there was of fur, was tortoiseshell and it was rough too, rigid in some places, it didn’t look like the kind of fur that a human would like to pet. Black with spots of orange and tan here and there. She had long, and skinny legs with a tail no thicker then a twig. A thin neck held up a perfectly round head with a pair of the largest ears Coen had ever seen before. He blinked. She was different, and the moment he looked at her shining face and happy expression, he knew that inside she was different too.
Coen stepped forward slightly with a tentative air. He looked at her with a sideway’s glance, as if asking, “What is wrong with you? Or what’s going on? Or, “Are you pulling my leg?” She just stood there happily, gazing at him with large yellow eyes that shined brilliantly. She smiled, her lips foolishly pulled upward. She looked like some kind of freak of nature, but of course, Coen’s mind was to polite to even think that.
When he reached her, she finally looked away and with the grin still plastered to her face she looked at a small bush. With her left paw, she pulled it back slightly showing what was hidden by it.
How she knew, how she could get so close, Coen didn’t know. How was she able to find them? Did she have some kind of special connection or something? This cat obviously wasn’t the same as any cat he had ever met, and he had met quite a few different cats.
There, where the bush had been hiding just a few minutes ago were three small, almost furless baby rabbits. Three, young and whimpering. Coen gazed in awe, his eyes wide with amazement. His jaw dropped and he just couldn’t turn away, that was until he felt the she-cats gaze burning into the side of his head. Coen turned, to see those big yellow eyes looking at him once more. He could see them dancing, the flame flickering within, the brightness and happiness. The she-cat was thrilled to have found the small nest of baby rabbits, and it wasn’t because she wanted to eat them, but it was because they were there. This, was the moment that Coen’s life changed forever.
o.oc ;; I'd like it if nobody replied to this thread, it's mainly just something so that if people want to see how it began with these two you can look here. Thankies! I'll make a new thread soon where I would love people to reply, or I might just pop into somebody elses! xD

Telemain padded around, something unidentifiable between his teeth. It looked like the cross between sea salt and dirt. He spotted Coen and felt edgy. Then he noticed she was looking at the baby rabbits he had seen yesterday. Placing the rock safely in a small hole, he padded over.
"Fascinating, isn't it?" he asked. "Such helpless tiny creatures that we make meals of everyday. They started as this, but you'll see soon. One rabbit can probably have hundreds of rabbit kits."
