Nervously, Jingles wandered through the brushlands. Her kittypet collar made a cheerful ringing noise as she stepped, though her expression was anything but. Truth was, she was lost. Completely and utterly lost. It had been a bad idea to let her curiousity get the better of her...

"Lost, are you?" a voice whispered.
A misty figure of a gray tabby appeared, her fur a misty blue as well as her dark blue eyes.

Jingles whipped around to where the voice had come from, her bell collar jingling loudly. Noticing the misty apparation, the calico backed up a few steps, terrified of the ghostly figure.

"Don't be afriad," Starlight purred. "I won't hurt you. I'm dead- I couldn't if I tried."

Jingles let herself calm down a slight bit, though she was still not quite sure she could trust the misty she -cat. She slowly let the fur on the back of her neck settle back down, though her heart was still pounding loudly in her chest.
"So, um, do you think you could point me in the direction of my twolegs nest?" she asked timidly, not even sure whether Starlight actually knew where she lived.

"You don't want to know the way to your home?" she asked mysteriously.

Jingles nodded in response.
"Of course I do.." she said quietly.
[Okay, somehow, Jingles is supposed to fall and hit her head and get amnesia, maybe on the way back to her nest, or something?]

(She'll make her fall of a rock.)
"This way..." she said, walking into the forest. "Its a shortcut." The misty she-cat leaped onto a rock and vanished. "Come on," her voice called. "Its not too long of a fall."

Jingles bounded innocently after Starlight, glad that she had found someone who could help her get back home. Chasing after the ghostly she -cat, she had failed to notice that the rock the she had jumped onto was positoned right over a large ditch. By the time she had made that observation, however, she was already off the other side. She scrabbled madly at the boulder, but quickly lost hold on it and plummeted to the bottom of the gorge, landing on her head with a hard 'crack'.

Starlight reappeared near Jingles. The she-cat lifted her onto her back and placed in the shade of an oak tree before blowing away with the wind.
